His experience spans public sector, higher education, healthcare, laboratories, commercial real estate, and infrastructure projects, supporting both technical project teams and organizational leadership.


Through work in consulting, program support, education, and stakeholder engagement, Marcus developed a practical approach that helps organizations connect energy goals to financial strategy, implementation planning, and operational outcomes.
